For the global leader in sale of furniture and decorative accessories IKEA company, we have implemented a modern reservation system Reserva in 70 meeting rooms at the company's headquarters in Poland in Warsaw and in Prague in Czech Republic. The aim of this investment was to facilitate the search of free rooms and increase the availability of information for the company's employees. On elegant 10" touch panels, installed in front of the entrance to the rooms, messages are displayed regarding the current and next meetings. The electronic room reservation system has been integrated with the Office 365 server. Booking rooms takes place from the personal calendar in Outlook and/or from the Reserva panel. The panel has LED backlight from sides simulating the availability or occupancy of a given hall, shining green or red respectively. The system also facilitates searching for free rooms. The panels also display information about the resources located in the room, e.g. projector, monitor, videoconference, sound system, and any defect of the above devices we can report. The whole system is completed by the integration of panels with the Digital Signage OneLan system. Panels are fully adapted to display content and DS messages, and thanks to the Room Summary function at the reception, information on mass monitors about all ongoing events is displayed.
